From premium ingredients, we mix and cook seven flavors of Gourmet Barbecue and Hot Sauces in a professional-grade 20-gallon steam kettle, then we dispense the sauces into sixteen-ounce bottles, which we seal and label by hand. In ascending order of “heat”:

Big Kahuna™	Formerly known as NuKahuna™, it still contains pineapple and Cream of Coconut, and remains our mildest sauce.
Bad to the Bone™	A sweet and smoky brown sauce with a mild “bite”
Georgia Gold™	A sweet and tangy Honey Mustard Vinegar sauce
Dragon's Breath™	The spicy version of Georgia Gold™
Widowmaker™	The hotter version of Bad to the Bone™
Death Wish™	Hotter, less sweet than Widowmaker™
Toxic Waste™	PURE, BRUTAL HEAT
Wib Wub™ Dry Seasoning	An all-purpose dry blend of herbs and spices that can be used during and/or after cooking. The taste begins sweet, then it heats up a tad, and then the heat quickly fades.
