Policies

Ordering:

All of our products are the same price, therefore you may mix and match sauces and Bwackened Wib Wub™ Dry Seasoning, e.g., all the same product, an assortment of sauces, or include Bwackened Wib Wub™ Dry Seasoning with a sauce assortment.


Shipping:

Shipping is by FedEx Ground, when possible, or FedEx Home Delivery unless otherwise requested. Please be advised that Home Delivery is more expensive -- if you can accept packages at a commercial address (FedEx Ground), we encourage you to provide one. US Parcel Post is used when shipping to PO boxes. We also insert our order form unless otherwise instructed.

Shipping charges shown are a "good-faith estimate," and are subject to review by Smack Yo Mama, LLC, prior to shipping.

We use US Parcel Post when shipping to US Post Office boxes.

You may request more expedient shipping methods if time is of the essence.

All shipping and handling charges will be added to your charge or debit card account.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.  We also accept PayPal.  Rest assured that all credit card data is transferred using SSL technologies.  We will never process your payment unless we can ship the your order in its entirety.

Privacy:

We will never sell or share your personal information with any third-party. Ever.

Pricing:

If our suppliers raise prices, we must follow suit in order to ensure the availability of our products. In all fairness and good faith, we will post a thirty-day "heads up" on this page that will let you know that higher prices are on the way. If that comes to pass, you might want to stock up.  Case in point:  in December, 2005, we posted an alert to the effect that we had changed the Big Kahuna™ recipe by substituting Cream of Coconut for the coconut flakes that we had used from Day One of Big Kahuna's existence.  We also advised of a name change for the product, from Big Kahuna™ to NuKahuna™.  The same alert advised of a price increase that would affect only our twelve-piece price from $45.00 to $49.00.
